What I enjoyed most about this challenge was the opportunity to listen to the Autobiography of a Yogi. Through this, I learned about different gurus, their spiritual journeys, and how we can connect with them on a deeper level. The challenge also helped me develop self-discipline, particularly in controlling my diet.Great Initiative!
With Meditation, I noticed a significant shift in my mindset. I became more patient and focused. I felt a stronger connection to my inner self and sense of oneness with the universe. Initially, I kept my meditation sessions short.gradually increasing the duration could help me deepen my practice. The practice of mindfulness allowed me to experience the present moment fully, deepening my sense of gratitude and trust in life.
